Return Policy
Our responsibility is to provide you with a quality product. If you feel you have received a defective product please contact us by email at info@midwestart.com or by telephone at 800-492-4888. We will only accept returns if you have approval for the return before you ship it to us. If you have received damaged product you must initiate a claim with the carrier.
Wholesale Prices
All prices listed are retail in US Dollars. To open a wholesale account with us you must have a valid resale tax ID certificate for your state and fill out the Resale Tax Form with Midwest Art & Frame Inc.. Once we have the form on file you will have access to wholesale prices by logging in using your email address and password. Call 800-492-4888 for more information.
Delivery Time
Normal delivery time is four to five weeks. You can call to ask us at any time for an approximate ship date. All items are made to order in the USA.
Back Orders
We do not ship back orders. In the rare event an item is out of stock at the time your order is ready to ship, you will need to reorder it on your next order. If you have a special order that you need shipped complete please let us know so we can avoid shipping you order without the special item.
Freight
Our Flat Rate for freight delivery is $110 for wholesale customers. This means you will only pay one flat rate whether you order five or fifty pictures. We do not charge for packaging unless your order is less than $300. If this happens you will be charged a $30 packaging fee. Whenever you ask us to place an order under $300 in value we will make sure you know about this charge before we process your order. Residential delivery or other accessorial charges (such as lift gate or extra waiting time) may result in additional charges. We are responsible for a providing a high quality product and sturdy packaging. Please inspect your shipment for damages and report any to the shipping company and Midwest Art. Why do we use extra boxes? We have found that when the pictures are shipped in the upright position there is very little damage. In the past when we have tried to strap just one or two boxes to a pallet we have found that the drivers like to take them off the pallet and lay them on top of another pallet. I can't blame them for trying to make a little extra by getting one more pallet on their truck. However, when they lay the box on its side we always have damage. That's why we came up with the "three box rule." For some reason the drivers don't remove the boxes from the pallet when there are three boxes. Since the inception of the "three box rule" we have had almost no damage. Isn't it nice when you don't have to deal with broken pictures?
FedEx
If you prefer, we can ship your order via Fed X. However, the largest picture we can ship via Fed X is 29x39. You must specify how much insurance you want or it will be 100 dollar maximum.
Terms
A credit application will be faxed or mailed at your request. Upon receipt your credit application will be processed within ten days. Credit Terms are Net 30. 1.5% monthly interest will be charged to all past due accounts. Accounts over sixty days past due will be sent to collections. If Net 30 terms cannot be established we will accept a credit card or check WITH the order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD OR PROFORMA ORDERS.
Sizes & Substitutions
If you have a special order please let us know. At times moldings and mat colors and styles will be different from those shown on the website. If you let us know in advance we can make sure the materials used are exactly as shown or suggest alternates. All measurements shown reflect the outer dimensions.
